• Kimono Rental takes 1 hour for preperation. Customers who added hairstyling and makeup takes 30 minutes extra. We cannot guarantee the departure time. Please book with ample time to spare.
• 【About hair styling】
• We offer 8 different hairstyles to choose from in our catalogue.
• ※If you wish to customize your hairstyle, an additional fee of ¥1,100 per person will apply.
• ※If you request a hairstyle upon arrival, an additional fee of ¥2,200 per person will apply. Please note that in case of full bookings, you may need to check availability with our hair salon.
• 【About makeup】
• The add-on makeup is NOT a maiko/geiko makeup.
• 【How to return the kimono】
• We offer three return methods for the rented kimono, and we will confirm your preferred option upon your arrival.
• 1. Returning the kimono on the same day by 5:30pm
• 2. Returning the kimono on the next day between 9am and 5pm (extra cost needed)
• 3. Returning the kimono by post (extra cost needed)
