Good to Know

• Reservation: walk-ins are welcome, but advance booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your style and size.
• Return time: return your kimono by 5:30 PM, or ask staff for a free next-day return before you leave the store. Both options are free. A late fee of JPY 1,100 per person per 10 minutes after 5:30 PM applies only if you do neither, as staff must wait after closing.
• Makeup and photoshoots are scheduled in advance, so please book the option you want rather than asking on the day. Requests made less than 24 hours ahead cannot be guaranteed. If no photographer is available you will receive a full refund, or you may choose an alternative shooting time if you prefer. Please keep your phone available.
• Retouched images are delivered in about a week.
• Makeup runs at our Kiyomizudera branch only. Foundation is not included, so please apply your own before you arrive.
• Health notice: kimono dressing is not available during pregnancy.
• Damage or heavy staining may incur a repair fee.
